NEW YORK (AP) — A 1986 Andy Warhol self-portrait that was among the last of his paintings exhibited while he was alive has sold at a New York City auction for $27.5 million.
The stark red-on-black "Self-Portrait" had been estimated to bring up to $40 million at Christie's auction house Wednesday.
