A July 20 bus outing to Glimmerglass Opera in Cooperstown to enjoy Mozart's ``Don Giovanni'' is being sponsored by the University at Albany Friends of the Libraries. Departure from the university campus will be at 9:30 a.m., with a return at 6:45 p.m.

New York Pass offered The newly launched New York Pass provides tourists with one pass to visit about 40 points of interest around the Big Apple.
Sites include the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty; museums such as the American Museum of Natural History and Guggenheim Museum; zoos, aquariums, parks and gardens; tours of NBC Studios and the United Nations; and sightseeing cruises.
Cost for a one-day pass is $42 (ages 2-12, $39); a two-day pass is $69 (2-12, $54); three-day, $98 (2-12, $69); seven-day, $125 (2-12, $89).
A new two-day Combination Package combines the New York Pass with unlimited Gray Line double-decker hop-on, hop-off service around the city. The cost is $99 for adults; $75 for ages 12 and younger.

Sailing course for women Two sailing courses for women will be offered in August along Maine's picturesque coast.
Offered by Sea Sense, a Florida-based sailing company, the first course will be Aug. 16 to 22. It is a coastal sail training cruise from Camden and Penobscot Bay. It is for beginner and intermediate students.
The second, Aug. 23 to 30, is for intermediate and advanced sailors. It will start in Camden and finish in New London, Conn.
