Kinky Diaz video surfaces on Internet.

LOS ANGELES _ Although Cameron Diaz appeared as the dominant partner in a fetish video made 12 years ago, the actress isn't in control now.

Unauthorized footage for sale on a Russian website features the starlet topless and in fishnets, then later "walking" a subservient male model on a leash, report news sources.

Diaz made the video when she was only 19 and trying to break into the modeling business. The footage and other pictures were taken by John Rutter, who is currently locked in a legal battle over the images which a judge ordered to remain sealed from the public.

Rutter, 41, claims that he had signed a release and had the right to sell the photos, which were taken in 1992. Prosecutors say that he forged Diaz's signature on the release form.

Rutter's friend, Storm Jenkins says that the photographer is not responsible for the video appearing on the Internet.

"John had no involvement in the distribution of this video," Jenkins tells Celebrity Justice. "He has followed all of the ruling made by the judge in this case."

Diaz can currently be heard as the voice of Princess Fiona in "Shrek 2."
